By SUSAN SMALLHEER Staff Writer – Published: June 24, 2011 BRATTLEBORO — Vermont legislators have a not-so-secret wish to control safety issues at the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant, and the laws they passed are unconstitutional, an attorney for Entergy Corp. said Thursday.
Tuesday morning May 24th Green Mountain Power announced they finalized an agreement to purchase 60MW of power from the NextEra Energy Seabrook nuclear plant. Below is the video from the press conference.
