Event Details: Wind Power in VT: What you Need to Know

Energize Vermont Speaker Series events are designed to educate Vermonters on energy matters facing the state while fostering constructive dialogue. Wind Power in VT: What you Need to Know features speakers Annette Smith from Vermonters for a Clean Environment and Professor Benjamin Luce, Ph.D. from Lyndon State College. Together they present factual information about the impacts of utility-scale wind development in Vermont, and offer a viable path for transitioning our energy supply to renewable energy while avoiding impacts on our communities and natural resources. After the presentation discussion among the attendees and the presenters is facilitated and encouraged.
