GMP Documents for PSB Conditions 6, 13, 16, 26, & 33

Green Mountain power has submitted documents to the Vermont Public Service Board to attempt to comply with a number of the conditions outlined in the Lowell wind project certificate of public good. You can download these documents in ZIP format.The files include:

• EPSC for the Transmission Component, in paper and CD format (Condition 33);
• Transportation Plan (Condition 6);
• Winter Operating Protocol (Condition 26);
• Clean and marked copies of a corrected first page to Supplement to the Aesthetic
• Assessment (filed June 6, 2011) (the “June 6 Supplement”); A site access plan (Condition 16);
• Clean and marked copies of the Decommissioning Plan, With Attachments A-C (Condition 13); and An updated version of the index GMP filed on June 10, 2011, which identifies GMP’s post-CPG filings.
