Green Mountain Power & ANR Agreement in Lowell Mountain PSB Case

Green Mountain Power and the Agency of Natural Resources have submitted a stipulation to the Board in the Public Service Board hearings on the Lowell Mountain Case. The stipulation is an agreement between the two parties that covers a mitigation plan and some decommissioning points. For details review the two documents below:
